Narayanpur. People in Bakhrupara and surrounding areas of Narayanpur district of the state are very scared of hyena roaming around these days. This hyena has recently been seen in the Forest Department’s timber depot, Bakhrupara, which has increased the concern of local residents. According to information received from sources, this morning the hyena was seen roaming in the Forest Department’s timber depot. This matter becomes even more serious when during this time the officials and employees of the Forest Department are busy elsewhere. In such a situation, the concern about the safety of the villagers has increased. There is an atmosphere of panic among the local people regarding the hyena.
But the Forest Department has not been able to catch it so far. Narayanpur Forest Range Officer Indra Kumar Yadav said that he has been participating in the sports competition organized by the Forest Department in Raipur for two days. He assured that a team of forest staff has been deployed in Narayanpur to keep an eye on the hyena. However, the local residents do not consider this enough and are demanding immediate action. Now it remains to be seen how quickly the forest department is able to solve this problem and whether it succeeds in sending the hyena back to the forest safely or not.
