Hyderabad: Job seekers arrested

Hyderabad: Several members of student organisations and a large number of DSC job aspirants were detained on Monday when they tried to stage a protest at the Commissioner and Director School Education office in Saifabad.

Around 11 am, hundreds of DSC candidates and student organisations gathered near the school education office in Saifabad following a protest call and demanded the authorities to postpone the recruitment exam for three months. As the protesters sat down on the road, the police swung into action and took them into preventive custody. The police shifted them to the Goshamahal police stadium.
