Hyderabad: Gang of 3 mobile phone snatchers busted

Hyderabad: The Task Force (East) team of Hyderabad Commissioner on Monday arrested a three-member mobile phone snatching gang. Police seized a mobile phone and a motorcycle from them. The trio – CH Vardhan (19), Suthari Ganesh (19) and Motha Narasimha (22), residents of Musheerabad – used to roam the streets on motorcycles and target pedestrians. Additional DCP (Task Force) A Srinivasa Rao said, “The gang would move around on bikes and identify potential targets. They would approach the victims and on the pretext of talking, snatch the mobile phones and flee.”
