Hyderabad: Drunk woman drives car on railway track, disrupting rail services

Hyderabad: A woman in a drunken state created a sensation by driving a car on the railway track in Shankarpalli on Thursday. The woman was later caught and handed over to the Railway Protection Force. The police have not identified the woman, but members of a railway gang saw her driving a white car on the railway track near Kodangal Gate. Railway employees tried to stop the woman, but she continued to drive on the track. However, people stopped the car and informed the local police. Police vehicles reached the spot and took the woman into custody. The car was removed from the railway track and taken to the police station. There was no registration number plate on the vehicle. Due to the incident, the movement of trains on the Shankarpalli-Hyderabad railway line was affected for some time. More details are awaited.
