Husband murdered wife, accused arrested

Surajpur. The husband accused of killing his wife in village Pandaridand Jhingadohar of Surajpur district has been arrested. The husband was asking for money for food and drink. Angered at not giving, he attacked him on the head with a stick and killed him. The incident took place in Khargwan Chowki area.

According to the information, this murder took place on Wednesday. Superintendent of Police I Kalyan Elisela had given instructions to arrest the accused soon. Chowki Khadgawan police raided and caught the accused Devanand (30 years). Upon interrogation, he confessed to killing his wife Sonmet.
