Tamil Nadu : Express trains running from Chennai Central to Hubli will be converted to ‘LHP’ coaches from July 2.
A press release issued by Southern Railway on Saturday in this regard:
All express trains running on Southern Railway are being converted from ordinary ICF coaches to state-of-the-art LHP coaches. These coaches prepared with German technology are comfortable and safe for passengers.
In such a situation, it is reported that the coaches of the express train (No. 17313) running from Chennai Central to Hubli in Karnataka twice a week on Thursdays and Saturdays at 3.50 pm will be converted to LHP coaches from June 2 and the coaches of the express train (No. 17313) running from Hubli on Wednesdays and Fridays from June 2 will also be converted to LHP coaches from June 2.
