Ingredients for Green Garlic Chilla
1 tbsp curd
as needed Green garlic leaves
2 bowl gram flour
1 tbsp green masala (prepared from garlic leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp fennel
1 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp turmeric, red chili powder
salt to taste

how to make
First of all take green garlic, green chillies, green coriander and ginger. Wash and clean all of them and chop them finely. After this, grind the green masala in the mixie and prepare it. Now add prepared green spices, curd, finely chopped green garlic leaves, cumin, fennel, celery, turmeric, chili, salt in the gram flour and prepare the batter by adding water. Cover it and fry it on low flame. Then turn it over and bake it by adding oil. Roast the cheela well from both the sides by turning it over. In this way, hot cheelas are prepared. Serve these chillies with green chutney and sauce.
