Raipur. Today, Sarva Hindu Samaj held a big demonstration in Raipur against the increasing cases of cow slaughter and cow smuggling. Thousands of people of Hindu society along with religious leaders, saints, social workers, youth and women gathered at Ghadi Chowk in the capital. After this, workers of Sarva Hindu Samaj, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal blocked the Ambedkar Chowk. Then they reached the SP office in the form of a procession, where they registered their protest peacefully. The representatives of the society submitted a memorandum to the Superintendent of Police regarding their demands and demanded strict action against the culprits.
People from different areas came in traditional attire and raised their demands with flags and banners in their hands. The entire area echoed with slogans of Gau Mata Ki Jai and Gau Hatya Band Karo. During the demonstration, Sarva Hindu Samaj clearly warned that if the administration does not take immediate action, then this movement will take an even more widespread and violent form.
The protesters said in one voice that the protection of cow mother is our priority. For this, we are ready to go to any extent. This demonstration was not just a protest, but a symbol of unity and resolve of Hindu society.
