High Court dismissed Congress councilor, new twist in the case

Bhilai. Major action has been taken in the fake caste certificate case in Chhattisgarh. High Court, Mo. of Bhilai Municipal Corporation. Salman has been dismissed. Actually, there was a complaint regarding the councilor’s certificate. After which the matter also reached the High Court. Now the court has asked to dismiss the councilor, calling the caste certificate fake. According to the information, it belongs to Bhilai Municipal Corporation.

Leader of opposition Bhojraj Singh said councilor Mohd. A petition was filed in the High Court regarding Salman’s fake caste certificate. It is being told that the certificate which was put up by the councilor was in the name of a woman. Mohammad Salman is also the MIC member in Bhilai Corporation along with the Deputy Chairman. After which today the Divisional Commissioner has given the decision after the hearing and after finding the complaint of presenting false certificate to be true, Councilor Mohd. Salman has been dismissed.

The High Court has dismissed the Congress councilor of Bhilai Municipal Corporation of Chhattisgarh. Action has been taken against contesting elections through fake caste certificate. BJP’s shadow councilor Siddharth Yadav had filed a petition in the High Court. It is being told that the Congress councilor had only applied for making the caste certificate. The election was contested on receipt of application without certificate. The High Court has instructed the Divisional Commissioner to resolve the matter.
