Sangareddy: Launching a fresh attack against the Congress-led administration, Siddipet MLA T Harish Rao on Wednesday alleged that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy was not able to digest that his predecessor K Chandrasekhar Rao was meeting distressed farmers. “Revanth is using abusive language. It is indecent for a Chief Minister of a state to speak like this,” the former minister remarked.
He launched the BRS Lok Sabha election campaign in the region from Siddi Vinayak Temple at Rudraram in Patancheru. On this occasion, Harish claimed that Congress came to power by promising change but since then it has been deceiving the people.
Referring to the BRS supremo’s recent visit to Sircilla where he asked the people about the implementation of the six guarantees, the senior BRS leader said, “In response, the Chief Minister threatened to expose KCR, adding that he Will pull off the underwear.”
Harish said, “Revanth speaks as if he is a member of the Chadhi gang.” He also said that the Congress government has failed to fulfill its promises within 100 days of coming to power. The BRS leader said Congress had deceived farmers by assuring them that the government would waive off crop loans up to `2 lakh. Additionally, Harish urged constituents to vote for BRS candidate P Venkatarami Reddy, but only after they are satisfied with his credentials. Harish asked, “Don’t you want someone who will speak about your issues in Parliament?”
