Harish Rao Questions Mining in Hyderabad, Calls Out Revanth Reddy

Even though there are news in the newspapers and poor farmers go and submit applications, Hydra turns a blind eye.. Is there justice for the poor and justice for the rich..? Former minister and BRS party deputy floor leader Harish Rao questioned. Speaking at a media conference organized at Telangana Bhavan, Harish Rao said.. Why is the Jivo 99 Hydra, which demolishes the houses of the poor on Saturdays and Sundays, not stopping the Rs 7,000 crore land scam..?

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who says he is protecting the ponds, does not see the encroachments of Nadargul..? Out of those 373 acres, there is 17 acres of Lachamma Kunta (FTL) and 6 acres of buffer zone. These companies have destroyed all the feeder channels coming to that pond. When Lachamma Kunta is full, water goes from there to Nan Cheruvu, Marrivani Kunta, Reddy Kunta, Sunnam Cheruvu and finally to Injapur Masam Cheruvu. Why is Hydra Ranganath not listening to this despite all this happening? He said. If Hydra Ranganath does not go there by tomorrow morning and take action.. we will go there under the auspices of our BRS party along with the MLAs. Moreover, the 80 to 100 acres of hills there have been swallowed up, except for 12 acres of Lingamayya Gutta.

This is Minister Ponguleti’s company after all.

What are the authorities doing when so much mining is happening in the heart of Hyderabad? Why doesn’t Revanth Reddy, who is setting up sit-ins on the opposition, speak out on this? State Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy is behind the takeover of these companies. They are fencing the area and putting up signs. First they are saying Kohinoor Group, then Shilpa Infra, then Mega Company, and so on.

According to the Companies Act website, Minister Ponguleti’s son Harsha Reddy, Lohit Reddy and Swapna Reddy are directors of Shilpa Infra and Shilpa Raghava LLP. Similarly, Harsha Reddy is also a director of Crystal Mansions India Private Limited, which belongs to M/s AQ Square Realtors, which applied to the Municipal Commissioner for a compound wall. It is clear that this is Minister Ponguleti’s company. When the family members of the Revenue Minister are behind these encroachments, how can petty officials like RDO and Hydra stop them? If Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is honest and sincere, he should immediately send Hydra and demolish that illegal compound wall. The encroachers should be arrested and the thieves should be exposed. They demanded that the farmers who have been farming since their grandfathers’ great-grandfathers be allowed back into those lands.
