Governor Vishwabhushan Harichandan performed Maha Aarti of Mahanadi in Rajim Kumbh

Raipur. Governor Vishwabhushan Harichandan Today, on the closing occasion of Rajim Kumbh Kalpa 2024, Governor Shri Harichandan performed Mahanadi Aarti with full rituals along with saints at Triveni Sangam. On this occasion, eleven Pandits along with MLA Rohit Sahu, Purandar Mishra and Sadhvi Pragya Bharti who came from Jabalpur participated in the Mahanadi Maha Aarti by chanting mantras. In Sanatan Dharma, rivers and lakes have been the center of our faith. The purpose of Mahanadi Aarti is to express gratitude towards the rivers and to awaken the feeling of dedication, faith and determination towards them in everyone’s mind. In the Mahanadi Aarti, the entire fair complex became devotional with many lights, conch shells, camphor, chavar, achaman. In the Maha Aarti, collective Maha Aarti was performed after Shiva Stotra. The entire Aarti Ghat echoed with the Aarti of the devotees and the chants of Jai-Jai Shri Ram. The purpose of performing Mahanadi Aarti is an effort to preserve the life-giving Mahanadi of Chhattisgarh. In continuation of this effort, the grand and divine Mahanadi Aarti has been started daily in Rajim Kumbh in conjunction with the Vedaratan Seva Project and under the guidance of patron Sadhvi Pragya Bharti.
