Let us tell you that this is not the first case of molestation and rape of innocent girls, rather such cases have been coming to light from every corner of the country. The accused are fearless. In September itself, a 13-year-old minor was molested during CT scan in Howrah, Bengal, while in Birbhum a patient misbehaved with a nurse. Apart from this, a woman living in the port area of Kolkata had alleged that on September 28, between 10 am and 10:30 am, an unknown rickshaw driver had touched her 10-year-old minor daughter inappropriately. This incident happened when the daughter was going to school by rickshaw from near Bandh Bartala to Nat Bihari Mor. On the complaint of the girl, the police started investigating the case.
