ADM Lokesh Gautam has said that the youth should be encouraged to participate in the Rajasthan Youth Festival to be organized at the block and district level in the implementation of the Chief Minister’s budget announcement and maximum participation of the youth should be ensured. There should be proper publicity of the event so that more and more youth can join it.
ADM Gautam was addressing the meeting regarding the organization of Youth Festival-2023 at District Collectorate Auditorium on Wednesday. He gave proper guidelines to the concerned officials regarding the event.
He said that involving schools, colleges and private institutions and local folk culture institutions, motivate the youth to get maximum registration done. People of fair image should be included in the election committee. All the officers should make prior preparations and edit the necessary activities according to the timeline and ensure proper implementation of the assigned responsibilities.
Addressing the meeting, CDEO Jagveer Yadav said that under the aegis of State Youth Affairs and Sports Department and Rajasthan Youth Board, block level from July 10 to July 25, district level from July 26 to August 10 and state level from August 20 to 22. Level youth festival will be organized. Interested youth can apply by registering online till July 10. The purpose of organizing the Youth Festival is to implement budget announcements, search for talents and create a database, promote rural traditional arts by encouraging artists.
He told that the education department will play an important and challenging role in organizing the programme. As per the intention of the state government, proper encouragement will be provided by the state government by providing a platform to the rare and vanishing art-culture along with hidden talents at the rural and urban level through various competitions.
During this, Principal Mukul Bhati, while discussing in detail the instructions of Youth Festival 2023, said that according to the prescribed eligibility, he should be a native of Rajasthan and in the age group of 15 to 29 years to participate in the competition. Studying and non-studying youth will be able to participate in this. It will be necessary to register online, for online registration by visiting Rajasthan Youth Board’s website www.youthboard.rajasthan.gov.in and clicking on the rajasthan YOUTH Festival 2023 icon, selecting your district and block and filling all your details online, registration of the participant will be done. There will be participation. The winners will be called by the name of Kala-Ratna.
