Ganja worth Rs 50 lakh seized from car, one arrested

Mahasamund. Sighoda police has taken major action in the case of ganja smuggling. During vehicle checking, 100 kg of ganja worth Rs 50 lakh was seized from a car at Rehtikhol on NH 53. A person traveling in the car has been arrested. There is one absconding.

The accused were bringing ganja from Odisha. Which were going towards Satna Madhya Pradesh. Accused Vinod Singh is a resident of Satna, Madhya Pradesh. In this case, the police have registered an offense under the Narcotic Act.
