Under the National Food Security Mission in Sian village by Krishi Vigyan Kendra Keshwana Jalore, a front line demonstration of RT-351, an improved variety of oilseed crop sesame, was given by male and female farmers for sowing Kharif crop. Keeping in view the weather, Kumar gave detailed information about the time of sowing of sesame, seed treatment and advanced agricultural practices. Extension expert Dr. Vikas Kumar apprised the farmers about the extension activities of Krishi Vigyan Kendra and the Kisan Sarathi portal.
