Four arrested for drug smuggling in Karnataka

Mangaluru: Central Crime Branch (CCB) sleuths arrested four people with MDMA drugs worth Rs 6.5 lakh and seized other items near Deralakatte, police said on Thursday.

He said that the gang was going from Bengaluru to Mangaluru on Wednesday to sell drugs to students.
According to Mangaluru City Police Commissioner Anupam Aggarwal, the operation was led by CCB ACP Geeta Kulkarni along with police inspectors Shyam Sundar, Sharanappa and others.
