Foreign student dies after falling from 8th floor

Greater Noida (IANS) | An accident took place in JP Aman Society of Knowledge Park police station area of Greater Noida. Where a foreign student died under suspicious circumstances after falling from the 8th floor. The police have taken the dead body into custody and sent it for postmortem. His family members and embassy have been informed. Knowledge Park police station in-charge Vinod Kumar said that last night at around 11.30 pm, information was received from JP Aman Society Sector-151 at Police Station Knowledge Park that a Zambian citizen, Mamaba M. Bwalia, was living on the 8th floor of tower number-15 of JP Aman Society. fell down from the balcony. As soon as the information was received, the police station immediately reached the spot and sent the injured youth to Jims Hospital, where the doctors declared him brought dead.

The deceased was a student of Sharda University and he was pursuing BBA from Sharda University and was living in the flat with his 2 other Zambian friends. All three had taken separate rooms.

The station in-charge said that information regarding the incident is being taken from the friends living together. Field unit and forensic team have been called on the spot and investigation is being done. Postmortem action is being done by filling the panchayatnama of the dead body.

The relatives of the deceased have been informed in Zambia. The High Commission of Zambia has also been informed. Further action is being taken by sending the dead body for postmortem. No one has any information about how he fell down from the balcony. However, it is feared that he must have been reading while sitting in the balcony, during which he fell down. His laptop and mobile phone also fell down. At present, the police is probing every aspect.
