Fire breaks out in restaurant, no one injured

Mumbai: A fire broke out at an eatery in south Mumbai’s Kala Ghoda area in the early hours of Friday, officials said. The fire broke out at around 3.45 am in the cafe located on the ground floor of the three-storey building, they said.
As per initial reports, the fire was reported at Hotel Cafe in Kala Ghoda.

A civic official said no one was injured in the fire and it was doused within 15-20 minutes.
According to a fire department official, the fire was confined to electrical wiring, chimney, furniture and junk material of the eatery.
He said that the cause of the fire is being ascertained.
