Muthu runs a scrap metal shop in Vallipuram near Namakkal. He collects scrap metal from old trucks and sells it after separating it.
In such a situation, the spare parts of old trucks kept in front of his shop suddenly caught fire, filling the entire area with smoke.
In such a situation, Health Minister M. Subramaniam, who had come to Namakkal district for various programs, reached Paramathi Vellore by car at around 8 am on Saturday.
