The way our lifestyle has changed today is not at all good for health. If we look at the daily routine of our previous generations, hard work and effort played a big role in it. Their diet was good and they lived a healthy life for a long time. But due to today’s food and lifestyle, the youth are falling prey to serious diseases at an early age. The main reason for this is lack of physical activities and careless attitude towards health. We should include sports as a mandatory part of life. It should not be limited to the youth only, but staying connected with sports even at an older age ensures good health along with entertainment.
