Fatal attack on youth in Saraswati Nagar, three knifemen arrested

Raipur. Three knife wielders have been arrested for the fatal attack on a young man in Saraswati Nagar. According to the police, Rishi Malik along with his friend Deepak Kumar and maternal uncle Nanu Netam were going to their home in Motilal Nagar Kota after having food from their maternal grandmother’s house that Raj, JD alias Akash, Atul sitting near the Kukurbeda Community Hall, seeing the three applicants, had a former enmity. Arguing with others, started abusing and threatening to kill, which was refused by the applicant. So accused Raj and Atul were caught and accused JD alias Akash with the knife kept in his pocket inflicted injuries on the applicant’s rib and shoulder and in the abdomen of applicant’s friend Deepak with the intention of killing him.

On the report of the incident, a crime section was framed and taken into consideration. After which the accused was caught in a few hours while searching for the address. A buttoned knife was seized from the accused JD alias Akash Nayak who confessed to the crime on interrogation. Accused JD alias Akash Nayak, Atul Mahanand, Raj Aggarwal were arrested and sent on judicial remand.
