Farmer died on Mahasamund-Raipur Road

Raipur. A petroleum tanker has badly crushed a bike rider on Mahasamund-Raipur Highway. This accident happened in Arang area adjacent to Raipur. The accident was so terrible that the tanker’s tire passed over the shoulder of the deceased. Due to which the body got stuck in the lower part of the tanker. The police reached the spot and took out the body with the help of local people. The police is investigating further in this matter. This accident happened on Thursday around 9 am. The deceased has been identified as Paras Nishad (50). He is a resident of Barbaspur Mahasamund.

He used to do farming. He was going alone from Arang to his home Mahasamund on a bike. During this, a high-speed petroleum tanker coming from behind near Paragaon in Arang hit the bike rider hard. As soon as the collision took place, the front tire of the tanker crushed Paras’ shoulder and went ahead. Arang Police Due to this, the body got stuck in the lower part of the tanker. Despite applying brakes, the tanker dragged the body for 100 meters. During this, the bike of the deceased was also shattered and got stuck in the front part of the tanker. On receiving the information of this accident, Arang police reached the spot and took out the body of the deceased with the help of local people. Then he was sent to CHC Arang.
