The woman states that the accused’s conduct has caused her deep mental, social, and emotional trauma. She alleges that she was not only deceived but that her health was also put at grave risk. In her complaint, she noted that had she been aware of the accused’s health status beforehand, she would never have made such a decision.
The woman has leveled another serious allegation in her complaint, claiming that the man has engaged in unprotected sexual relations with several other women. She fears that if these allegations are not investigated in time, other women could also contract the infection.
