These exercises are best for the eyes:
Cover both eyes with your palm: Rub both palms together until they become warm. Then gently place them on your closed eyes. Take a deep breath and exhale.
Blinking: Blink your eyes rapidly 20-30 times. Rest for a few seconds and repeat the process again.
Eye rotation: Move your eyes first to the right, then to the left and then up and down. Do this 5-10 times in each direction.
Bhasrika: This yoga asana is done while sitting in Sukhasana pose. It is a breathing yoga that works on the lungs, ears, nose and eyes.
Focus your attention: Bring a pencil or finger near your nose. Move it away slowly and follow it with your eyes.
