Raipur. Chhattisgarh is facing severe heat these days. The temperature in the state has crossed 46 degrees. Janjgir-Champa was the hottest district in the state on Friday. Where the temperature was recorded at 46.1 degree Celsius. Even today, an orange alert has been issued regarding heat wave in many districts of the state. The Meteorological Department has issued a heat wave alert in Raipur, Rajnandgaon, Balodabazar, Janjgir-Champa, Bilaspur, Mungeli, Durg and Raigad. There is also a possibility of light rain in some areas of the state.
