Elvish Yadav: ED tightens its grip on YouTuber Elvish Yadav, troubles are sure to increase

Elvish Yadav News Noida: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has speeded up the investigation in the YouTuber Elvish Yadav case. The ED has contacted the Noida Police and sought other information including the FIR of the Cobra scandal case. DCP Noida has confirmed this. After Noida Police, now ED is also investigating this matter. A few days ago, ED has recorded the statement of complainant and People for Animals (PFA) member Saurabh Gupta.

In a letter sent to the Noida Police Commissioner by the Assistant Director of ED, a complete report of Elvish Yadav’s case has been sought. Let us tell you that during the investigation, Elvish Yadav and some other people related to this case can be questioned.

It is worth noting that on May 4 last month, ED had registered a case of money laundering against Elvish Yadav and some others for suspected use of snake venom for intoxication in rave parties. The ED had registered a case under the Money Laundering Prevention Act (PMLA) last month after taking cognizance of an FIR and chargesheet filed by the Noida Police against Elvish and others associated with him.

On the complaint of a member of ‘People for Animals’ (PFA), a case was registered against 6 people including Elvish Yadav at Sector 49 police station in Noida on November 3, 2023 last year. Noida Police arrested Elvish on March 17 in connection with the investigation into the use of snake venom in parties allegedly organized by Elvish Yadav. Noida Police had registered a case against Elvish under various sections of the NDPS Act, Wildlife Protection Act and Indian Penal Code (IPC).
