Education Minister Rohit Thakur today inaugurated the building of Government Senior Secondary School, Jhadag-Nakradi. The building has been constructed at a cost of Rs 1.55 crore.
Addressing the gathering on the occasion, the Education Minister said despite adverse financial conditions and political crises, the state government was ensuring all-round development in the state, be it education or horticulture or the construction of roads.
Works worth crores of rupees were in progress at the Jubbal-Nawar-Kotkhai constituency, Thakur added.
“Several other school buildings are being constructed at various places in the constituency,” he said.
Efforts were being made to provide world-class education in the state, including the appointment of TGT teachers, set to start this week, he added.
