Ingredients to make Egg Chapati
Eggs – 2
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Onion – 1 small finely chopped
Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Carrot – 2 tbsp
Green chili – 2
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
oil as required
salt to taste
Egg Chapati Recipe
First of all, finely chop all the green vegetables like capsicum, carrot, onion, green chili etc.
Now break an egg in a bowl and pour it.
Then add all the chopped vegetables to it and mix well.
Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and salt to it and mix it well once again.
Take wheat flour in a vessel and knead it well with the help of water.
Now take a small ball and roll it like a roti.
Keep a pan on the gas and pour some oil in it.
Put the roti in the pan and turn it from both the sides and roast it lightly.
Now add egg batter to one side. Put some oil on top as well.
