Drug Trafficking on the Rise in Tamil Nadu: Seeman Alleges

Tamil Nadu: Seeman, the Chief Coordinator of the Naam Tamilar Katchi (Naam Tamilar Party), has alleged that drug trafficking has surged in Tamil Nadu.

Speaking at a meeting held on Tuesday in Uthangarai, Krishnagiri district, Naam Tamilar Katchi candidate Meghala stated: “The prevalence of narcotics has increased in Tamil Nadu. Consequently, the state of law and order has deteriorated. Instead of the Dravidian parties, we should vote for the Tamil party that champions the cause of natural resources and the welfare of the people.”

“The government has transformed life from a ‘struggle for existence’ into merely a ‘struggle.’ In Tamil Nadu, teachers, nurses, and sanitation workers are constantly struggling to have their demands met. Yet, no concrete steps have been taken to address their needs.”

“Through various welfare schemes—including the recently announced incentive of ₹5,000—the government is imposing an additional burden of debt upon future generations. The public must reflect upon this matter and cast their votes accordingly during the elections.” She urged the people to vote for Naam Tamilar Katchi candidate Meghala, who is contesting from the Uthangarai constituency, and ensure her victory.
