Janjgir. On hearing the name of Sakti marriage, we get a glimpse of the well-dressed bride and groom and the drums playing in the procession, but on Sunday such a marriage took place in which the marriage was completed in 16 minutes with the blessings of Guru.
This was seen in a one-day satsang camp. Here, a message was given to stop the tradition of dowry by conducting a dowry-free marriage (Ramaini) of a couple. Dowry free marriage, spiritual satsang, blood donation camp and body donation pledge form were filled in the presence of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Community Hall in Sakti on Sunday.
Sant Rampal appealed to the followers to make a society free of dowry, intoxication and adultery. During this, a dowry-free marriage of a couple was conducted. No wasteful expenditure was made in this. Without any show-off and pomp, without purity and simplicity, the marriage was conducted with the blessings of Guru in just 17 minutes. In this, Pinky Dasi Chandra, resident of Malkharoda, was married to Manharan Das Chandra, resident of Dabhra. Hundreds of followers and servants of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj were present in the program.
