Bachannapet: District Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha conducted a surprise inspection of Bachannapet Primary Health Center (PHC) in Jangaon district on Thursday. On this occasion, the doctors, staff register, OP register, children’s ward, in-patient wards and medicine stocks were inspected.
How many people are receiving treatment through the OP every day? How many deliveries have been made in the hospital? He asked the medical officer. The number of deliveries in the government hospital should be further increased, and the medical officers and nurses should work accordingly. He went to the in-patient ward and spoke to the patients. He suggested that the hospital’s surroundings should be kept clean at all times, garbage and weeds should be removed, and greenery should be protected and trees should be cultivated.
Later, the Collector inspected the construction of Indiramma houses in the villages of Mansanpalli, Lingampalli, Konne, Ramachandrapuram and Itikyalapalli in the mandal. In this context, he advised the officials to inspect the progress of the house construction work at various stages and ensure that the quality standards are followed.
He revealed that the goal is to provide housing facilities to every eligible family through the Indiramma Housing Scheme being offered by the government. He visited the Mansan Pally Anganwadi Center and Primary School. The Collector was accompanied by Housing PD Matru Nayak, officials and others.
