Tamil Nadu : DMK’s victory in all 41 assembly constituencies in Trichy region has been confirmed, said party general secretary and Municipal Administration Minister K.N. Nehru.
The Trichy South District DMK Executive Committee met at Kalaignar Arivalayam on Thursday in connection with preparations for the 2026 assembly elections. The meeting was chaired by South District Secretary and School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamoshi.

The DMK will win the 2026 assembly elections and all 41 assembly constituencies in Trichy region. However, the party needs to be careful on some key issues.
He said everyone from the district chief executive to the branch executive should be aware of all aspects, including the issues to be resolved by the government in the constituency, the current situation in the constituency and the factors affecting the chances of victory, and they should report to the leadership.
Municipal Secretary M. Mathivanan, Constituency Supervisors Kathiravan, Annamalai, Maniraj and South District Executive Committee members were present at the meeting.
