Raigarh. Yesterday, on February 18, at around 10:45 pm, police station in-charge Tamnar Inspector Ashirwad Rahatgaonkar received information that a DJ was playing late night at Dogamahua School Ground, which was causing a lot of trouble to the people living nearby. The station in-charge immediately left for Dogamhua along with the police station staff and reached the school ground. The residents found on the spot told that a DJ had been installed in the school ground for the Kabaddi competition, which Nityanand Sidar was playing at a high volume even at night.
The police station in-charge issued a notice to DJ Nityanand Sidar informing him about the ban on playing DJ late at night. Two pieces of sound box, one piece of bass, one piece of mass pedal and one piece of mixer were seized from the spot and brought to the police station. Action has been taken against applicant Nityanand Sidar, father, owner Ram Sidar, age 28 years, resident of Dogamahua under Section 15 Noise Control Act in Police Station Tamnar. Police station in-charge Tamnar Inspector Ashirwad Rahatgaonkar, Assistant Sub Inspector Surti Lal Sidar, Head Constable Dev Prasad Rathia, Constable Purushottam Sidar, Bhishma Dev Sagar and Anup Minj were involved in the proceedings.
