Job Fair: The Employment Department of Uttar Pradesh continues its efforts to provide employment opportunities to the youth through regular job fairs. Under the upcoming initiative, a district level job fair will be held at Gauriganj ITI in Amethi. The event aims to connect local youth with more than 25 leading companies, with a target to hire 500 to 600 posts. The job fair will be held at the Government ITI campus in Gauriganj, where eligible candidates can apply directly on the spot. On applying, candidates will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number to confirm their registration. Many leading companies including Voltas, Wardha, Mahindra, People Tea, Organic Maruti Suzuki, Electronic Mechanical and Food Processing as well as Shriram Piston and Ring Limited Ghaziabad will participate in this fair. They will recruit on the spot based on the qualification of the applicants. Interested candidates can also apply through the web portal rojgaarsangam.up.gov.in using their user ID, selecting the companies as per their qualification.
Required Documents and Eligibility
Candidates between the ages of 18 and 35 are eligible to apply. The fair offers monthly salaries ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 25,000. Applicants must bring their Aadhaar card, PAN card, photo, educational certificates and registration number for the job fair.

Placement Officer Anupama Rani emphasized the importance of these job fairs in reducing unemployment among youth. She said that more than 1000 youth have found employment through similar events this month alone, underlining the ongoing commitment to support job seekers.
The job fair provides an important opportunity for local youth to get direct employment from leading companies, thereby contributing to economic growth and personal prosperity.
