Raipur. 64 women, members of self-help groups of special backward tribes of the state, Baiga, Birhor, Pahari Korba, Kamar, will leave for Delhi by plane this evening. All the women will reach Rashtrapati Bhavan and meet President Draupadi Murmu. There she will present them gifts made by her group. She will visit Amrit Udyan located in Rashtrapati Bhavan. These women are under self-help groups of different districts of the state, Kabirdham, Balrampur, Raigarh, Dhamtari, Korba, Gariaband and Jashpur. These women, who have become self-reliant by boosting their income by running their own groups under the National Rural Livelihood Mission, are being taken to Delhi by plane on the initiative of Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma.
