Directorate of Executive Education and Professional Studies (DEEPS) is organizing a comprehensive two-day Management Development Program on “Sales Skills and Customer Relationship Management” for working professionals at SRM University-AP.
Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor of SRMU-AP, Prof. Manoj K. Arora told the participants that they will go through the intricacies of sales skills, which will empower them to build lasting relationships with customers and achieve organizational success.
