DEEPS launches management program at SRMU

Directorate of Executive Education and Professional Studies (DEEPS) is organizing a comprehensive two-day Management Development Program on “Sales Skills and Customer Relationship Management” for working professionals at SRM University-AP.

Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor of SRMU-AP, Prof. Manoj K. Arora told the participants that they will go through the intricacies of sales skills, which will empower them to build lasting relationships with customers and achieve organizational success.
DEEPS Director Prof. Bhardwaj Sivakumaran said that his aim is to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. “Programs like this provide participants with invaluable insight into customer relationship management and sales skills, which are vital to their day-to-day operations.”
