India Box Office: Deadpool and Wolverine Box Office Collection Day 2 India: Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s Deadpool and Wolverine is ruling the box office in its opening weekend. Within two days, the film has crossed the Rs 50 crore gross box office collection mark. According to the studio, Deadpool and Wolverine has collected a gross of Rs 56.36 crore by the end of the second day. On Saturday, the Marvel Studios film collected Rs 29.26 crore GBOC, thus taking the total box office collection of Deadpool and Wolverine past the Rs 50 crore mark. Within two days, Deadpool and Wolverine surpassed the lifetime collection of Deadpool 1 in India. Deadpool, which released in 2016, ended its run at the Indian box office with a collection of Rs 40.79 crore GBOC. Deadpool and Wolverine is expected to do good business on Sunday as well. The film was one of the most awaited movies of the year and received good reviews. News18 Shosha gave the Marvel film a four-star rating and wrote in her review: “Shawn Levy may not have made a great film like Deadpool, but he delivers true fan service to Marvel fans – the MCU and the X-Men world – in all its glory. That’s what the MCU has been missing for a while now. It’s nice to get out of a Marvel film after a while.” As already shown in the trailer, Shawn Levy resurrects Logan seven years after he was buried by James Mangold, and brings him face to face with Wade Wilson. Mr. Paradox (Matthew Macfadyen) informs Deadpool about the end of his timeline, leading them on a journey to save Wade’s timeline (Earth-10005). They descend into the void, or as I would call it – the multiverse of cameos. They meet Cassandra Nova (Emma Corrin), who will make or break their way out of the void. Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine is in theaters in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
