Dead body of newborn found in drain, people were worried due to bad smell

Pratapgarh. In view of the weather, workers who were cleaning drains found the body of a newborn. The matter is of Chhoti Sadri town of Pratapgarh district. Municipality employees were cleaning the drain as usual. Meanwhile, at around 12:25 pm, while cleaning on Gomana Marg, the body of a newborn baby was found in the drain. Chhoti Sadri Municipality employees Sampat Chanal, Dinesh and JCB driver Prem Shankar Meena said that while cleaning on Gomana Road at around 12 noon, the body of a newborn baby was found lying in the drain. Whose information was given to the police and hospital administration.

Police reached the spot, inspected the spot and started scanning the CCTV footage. Meanwhile, the ambulance that reached the spot has kept the child’s body in the hospital mortuary. The cleaning staff told that they had come here a day before also for cleaning. But there was nothing here then. Chhoti Sadri police station officer Anil Deval said – On information, the team reached the spot. Postmortem of the dead body has been done. A case has been registered and the search for the family members has been started. Dr. Vijay Garg, BCMHO of Chhoti Sadri, said – the team of doctors has done the postmortem. Newborn is male class. DNA sample has also been taken. The cause of death will be revealed only after the postmortem report comes. This will enable us to know in what condition the baby has been thrown. The baby was nine months old. Prima facie it has come to light that the dead body of the child is 48 hours old.
