Durg. The dead body of a youth has been found in Shivnath river in Durg district. As soon as the information was received, Anjora police reached the spot. The police have established the path by conducting Panchnama of the dead body. The deceased has been identified as Siddharth Jain. It is being told that the young man was missing from home for three days. According to the information, there was a stir after the dead body of Siddharth Jain (40 years), resident of Gawali Para, was found on the banks of Shivnath river on Tuesday. The police team reached the spot on information and did the Panchnama of the body and sent it for post-mortem. It is being told that Siddharth Jain was an oil businessman.
He was the only one in the family. He has two children. At present the police is investigating the matter. Police said that information has been received regarding the deceased that he was a drug addict. He was undergoing treatment in a private hospital in Devada. He has been admitted for about 15 days. He was discharged from the hospital just a few days ago. According to the police, because of Siddharth’s drug addiction, his family members kept admonishing him. He had gone missing from home three days ago. Whose family members had also lodged a missing complaint in the Kotwali police station. Then on Tuesday the body was recovered in the river.
