Raipur. Once again the dead body of an unknown person has been found in the capital of Chhattisgarh today. There was a stir after the dead body of an elderly person was found in front of Zone-4 office of Raipur Municipal Corporation. It is suspected that he died due to cold. This case is of Kotwali police station area, where the police has reached the spot and started investigation.
The police received information at around 12 noon that the dead body of a person was lying on the roadside. The Dial-112 team reached the spot and found in preliminary investigation that the person had died. According to the police, the elderly used to sleep on the roadside, and he may have died due to cold. No injury marks have been found on the dead body.
At present, the deceased elderly person has not been identified. The police believe that he was a nomadic type of person. The body has been sent for post-mortem.
