According to the information, Sukriti Kurre of Ward No. 14 of Mungeli left her husband Dilip Kurre alias Rahul and came to the house of Nandkumar Patre, father Agardas Patre of village Chanderi located in Simga Police Station, after which Sukriti Kurre’s husband, mother, brother and other 10-15 people of Mungeli reached village Chanderi at around 11 pm on June 2 and entered Nandkumar Patre’s house by jumping over the wall, and attacked Nandkumar Patre, Anita Patre, Govardhan Patre with wooden planks and sticks kept in the courtyard. Nandkumar Patre was declared dead by the doctor when he was taken to the government hospital in Simga for treatment due to serious head injury in the attack. At the same time, injured Anita Patre and Govardhan Patre were referred to Raipur. Police has so far detained five people in the case and is interrogating them.
According to the information received from SDOP Ashish Arora, Nandkumar Patre was murdered in village Chanderi of Simga police station area last night and his mother has been seriously injured. Who has been sent to Raipur for treatment. Prima facie, the case is coming to the fore of an illicit relationship.
