Uttar Pradesh | In Agra city, a father-in-law killed his younger daughter-in-law by chopping her with an axe. Even after doing this, he did not run away from there but kept sitting outside the house. The villagers informed the police about this. After which the police reached the spot and started questioning the person.
The father-in-law says that the younger daughter-in-law did something last night that he kept thinking about it all night and killed the daughter-in-law in the morning.
The incident is of Malikpur village under Kirawali police station area. Gaurav, the son of 62-year-old Raghuveer, who runs here, is a constable in the UP Police. Gaurav’s wife Priyanka lives in the village. This morning Raghuveer attacked Priyanka when she was cooking. On the information of the village head, the police reached the village. The police arrested the accused Raghuveer. In police interrogation, Raghuveer told that the younger daughter-in-law used to quarrel over every issue. The elder son had died six months ago. His wife also lives in the house.
On Monday night, the younger daughter-in-law quarreled with the elder. When I stopped, he kicked me. I fell I could not sleep the whole night because of this behavior of the younger daughter-in-law. When I woke up in the morning, I was under stress. That’s why he cut the daughter-in-law with an axe. DCP Western Zone Sonam Kumar told that the elder son of accused Raghuveer had died six months ago. The daughter-in-law stays with them. He had a dispute with the younger daughter-in-law. The accused told that he wanted to keep both of them together. But, due to the quarrel, there was discord in the family.
