Ingredients of Potato and Semolina Dosa
2 potatoes
2 green chillies
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a cup of semolina
Two and a half cups of water
Half a cup of rice flour
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped green coriander
Cumin seeds
Crushed red chilli
Salt according to taste
Recipe of Potato and Semolina Dosa
- First of all, peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into square pieces.
-Now add potato pieces, green chillies, salt in the grinder jar.
-Add water and make a fine paste.
-Now add half cup semolina and half cup rice flour to this paste and mix well.
-Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, green coriander, one teaspoon cumin seeds and salt according to taste in the prepared paste.
-If you want, you can also add capsicum or tomato.
-Now make this solution a little thin. So that it does not fall when lifted with a ladle.
-Pour it with the help of a ladle on a non-stick pan and in just a minute the dosas will be ready.
-Serve these dosas hot with onion chutney, tomato chutney or coconut chutney
