A settlement was reached through court mediation between Ameesha Patel and complainant Ajay Kumar Singh. Now Ameesha Patel has agreed to pay Rs 2.75 crore to complainant Ajay Kumar Singh in five installments. Not only this, the actress has also handed over a check of Rs 20 lakh to Ajay Kumar Singh as the first installment.

Let us tell you that in the National Lok Adalat held in Ranchi, both the parties connected through video conferencing. During this, High Court Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad talked to both the parties and made a compromise between them. According to the agreement, Amisha will pay Rs 50 lakh in the second installment, Rs 70 lakh in the third, Rs 62 lakh in the fourth and the last installment of Rs 62 lakh on July 31, 2024.
What is the whole matter?
Actually, this matter is of the year 2018. Ranchi film producer Ajay Kumar Singh had filed a case against Ameesha Patel. In this he had alleged that Ameesha Patel had taken Rs 2.50 crore from him in the name of music making. Even after taking the money, he did not take any steps towards music production. Along with this, Ameesha Patel was also accused of extorting Rs 2.50 crore from Ajay Singh in the name of making the film ‘Desi Magic’. However, now after 6 years the matter has been resolved and a settlement has been reached between the two.
