Councilor dies of heart attack, fierce commotion in hospital premises

Durg. Manoj Yadav, former councilor of Municipal Corporation Bhilai, died of a sudden heart attack on Sunday evening. He was brought to Supela Hospital as soon as he suffered a heart attack. The doctor asked to refer Manoj Yadav even after his death. Manoj Yadav’s brothers and supporters became very angry due to the delay in the arrangement of oxygen cylinders. They started a ruckus in the hospital premises. In a fit of rage, he thrashed the driver and attendant of 108 ambulance while abusing them. This increased the controversy. Later the Supela police pacified the dispute.

According to information, BJP leader and former councilor Manoj Yadav (54 years) had a sudden heart attack around 7 pm on Sunday. He was immediately brought to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Supela. Here Dr. Manju Rathore checked Vinod Yadav. He had died at that time. After this, without declaring death, he said that the patient has life, immediately take him to the fort or a private hospital. There was no oxygen in the 108 ambulances parked in the hospital.
