For this, Deputy Collector Preeti Durgam has been appointed as the nodal officer, whose mobile number is 75874-81841. Besides, apprentice Rishabh Jain and helper Maheshwar Dhruv have been deployed to complete the work under the guidance of the nodal officer. It will be the responsibility of the employees on duty in the control room to contact the Sarpanch/Secretaries of 30 Gram Panchayats every day to get information about the drinking water problems and inform the officials about the problems and will also get information about the status of their resolution within 24 hours. Along with this, the status of resolution of complaints received daily will be entered and presented before the nodal officer.
