Continuous development work is going on in the state under the good governance of Vishnu and the guarantee of Modi: Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal

Raipur. State Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal today gave the gift of Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration works of 37 different development works costing Rs 43 crore 10 lakh 14 thousand to GPM district. These include 30 works of Bhoomi Pujan costing Rs 32 crore 38 lakh 10 thousand and 7 inauguration works costing Rs 10 crore 72 lakh 04 thousand. In the premises of the Government Pre-Secondary School in Village Panchayat Tendumuda of Marwahi development block, the Minister in charge and the guests duly performed Bhoomi Pujan with worship.

On this occasion, Minister Jaiswal said that I am happy to inform that on the coming 13th December, one year of good governance of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai is being completed. During this short period, fulfilling the guarantee of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister gave housing to 18 lakh homeless families in the first meeting of the cabinet. He informed about the government’s achievements of the last one year including two years’ pending bonus to farmers, purchase of 21 quintals of paddy per acre at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal, giving Rs 1000 each to more than 70 lakh women every month under Mahtari Vandan Yojana, increasing the price of tendu leaves to Rs 5500 per standard sack, fair investigation of PSC scam and transparent recruitment, special initiatives in the field of employment, free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh through Ayushman card. He said that Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai is running a zero tolerance government.

The district in-charge minister Jaiswal said that as the health minister, my first responsibility is to expand health facilities. He announced to provide Rs 3 crore for the community health center in Marwahi and Rs 35 crore for the district hospital. He said that for better treatment of the district residents, 12 specialist doctors have been posted in the district within the last one year.
