Constable lost his job as he used to give information about raids to gangsters

Bilaspur. The Superintendent of Police has dismissed constable Bablu Banjare of Sirgitti police station from service. Superintendent of Police Rajnesh Singh, taking extraordinary and exemplary action, has used the powers granted by the Indian Constitution to dismiss constable Bablu Banjare from the service of the police department with immediate effect. Superintendent of Police Rajnesh Singh has warned to take strict action against those who are involved in such illegal activities under the cover of uniform in order to affect the image of the police and provide peace and security to the general public.

Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur, on receiving information that some dreaded criminals armed with pistols, country-made guns and sharp axes were committing a crime near village Belmundi situated at Ratanpur bypass under Thana Hirri area, Bilaspur police had prepared a well-planned police team and surrounded them and caught 10 criminals namely Jabbar Gauri, Imran Qureshi, Vinod Kumar Dhrtlahare, Tarse Lal Bhagat, Ajmeri, Mohd. Farman, Wajid Qureshi, Saqib Qureshi, Naveel Khan, Danish Qureshi.

chhattisgarh news Accused Jabbar Gauri is a dangerous criminal of Uttar Pradesh, against whom many serious crimes including Gangster Act are registered. Imran Khan is also a resident of Uttar Pradesh. The criminals had the audacity to challenge the police team which had gone for the raid and threatened to shoot them. Constable Bablu Banjare of Sirgitti police station was suspended on May 12 after the mobile phones of the arrested accused were found to be in constant touch with the mobile phones and thus his involvement in criminal activities was prima facie exposed.
